Pardons --- SCOTUS

#1
These preemptive pardons should be challenged with every means possible, including elevation to the SCOTUS for interpretation of presidential powers and breach of the same!

This is untenable.  The now "former" president just admitted his entire family is corrupt and that all the corruption rumors were true by issuing these pardons preemptively.

This is an abuse of power to the max!

Send this to the SCOTUS for review, and then prosecute every one of these last minute pardons like there is no tomorrow!  Some of these people are guilty of crimes against humanity (not the Biden cartel, but others pardoned recently).

You said it yourself. Brandon is soooo fucking stoooopid, he self-incriminated his entire family. My guess is his democrat 'allies' were laughing all the way to the bank. Loyalty, does not exist in their dictionary.

It gets even better though.  By issuing pardons for his whole family he has effectively thrown all of his other cartel members under the bus.  Why?  Because now all someone has to do is subpoena one of the pardoned members before Congress and now, without the 5th Amendment protection they had prior to the pardons, they have no choice but to spill the bean else be guilty of perjury.  All someone needs is a few shreds of proof to prove they're lying and off to jail they go.  Therefore, all those non-Biden cartel members are sitting ducks for some Biden to rat them out.

So, who might some of these people be?  Well, some of them were sitting right behind Biden at the inauguration, and they know a thing or two about suicide to the back of the head!!

Even if the SCOTUS says Biden acted within presidential powers the laws need to be amended while there is a GOP majority so this kind of abuse never, ever happens again....even if they just put a limit on the number of preemptive pardons a POTUS can give in one term.

There really shouldn't be a way to pardon a person for crimes they 'may or may ont' have committed, let alon a blanket pardon that covers a decade.

It looks like they put a demented puppet in office that has one foot on a banana peel and the other on =the grave so they could use him to destroy America with impunity.
