Could be, but that would put the certificate holder somewhere in Greenland because most certificates expire at midnight.

Greenland you say? Maybe Chris was on the up and up. Nah, he’s just a dickhead.

If I could find a place to host my database, It could be a viable read-only archive.

That would be great whenever you find time. I'll repost them here once we have confirmation of ATS' fate.

What else did you capture off of there?  I'd really like to save my very 1st post on ATS.  I think the title was "Black Hole in Russia".  That was a really cool discussion with a lot of good info in it.  I think it was posted in GD.

Hi Marg! You haven't lost any friends; they've just migrated to other sites! Biggrin

MPP is kind of different; it doesn't operate on a reward/punishment system with endless rules to follow. I like that.

I captured every post from all forums visible without signing in.  Finding your first one shouldn't be difficult.

Being an NFL fan and three playoff games on today, aside from posting a comment or two here, I won't get much done.

No worries!  Not in any rush at all.  Anytime in the coming few years will be more than fine.

It's a pretty big thread as I recall, maybe 30 pages.

This was my fear of when the time came that ATS officially went dark.

It was the ultimate death of online forums. Traffic between what we have left, is stark by contrast.

Over a quarter of a century that place stood. Only to be destroyed by the owner himself. We saw a community, Bill saw a paycheck…..

Then he sold it to a bunch of dickheads — and you damn well better believe HE KNEW just who he was selling it to! But he didn’t care. So FUCK YOU BILL!!!
