Eddieverse

I've been able to put several 80s Eddie Murphy movies into the same "Eddieverse"

The patriarch is, Vernest "Quick" Brown, from Harlem Nights. After the heist, Quick and the others had to go on the run. They split up and headed different directions. Over the years, Quick had several short-lived affairs, and a few children were born from those unions.
Reggie Hammond from 48 Hrs (San Fran), Billy Ray Valentine from Trading Places (New York), and Axel Foley (Detroit) from Beverly Hills Cop. Here's the kicker. At one point, Quick must have slept with Queen Aoleon Joffer, the Queen of Zamunda, perhaps while she was in New York City for diplomatic reasons. Hakeen Joffer, her illegitimate son, would later return to the city of his conception to look for his own wife. While in NYC, he left a generous donation to Randolph and Mortimer Duke from Trading Places, who were now homeless, thus proving those movies are in the same world.
