I know, probably sounds gay, but hey, we all gotta' eat, right? 

And, we live in the middle of, well, nowhere...so vittles is kind of an important thing around here, especially the treats kind.

Now, everyone has 5 million cookie recipes, but these ones are different, and just an example of what I'm talkin' about.  Molasses cookies.  Probably some of the oldest cookies there are.  Old West stuff, and they're freaking deee-licious!!  No fancy "gingerbread" stuff here, nope...straight up molasses cookies.  No "Blackstrap" molasses here, but rather the real stuff...real molasses.  Blackstrap is the crap they throw away, or sucker people into thinking is real molasses.  I'm talking the 'real deal', supreme Barbados Golden Molasses!!  The same stuff they used to ship thousands of miles back in the Old West.

Imagine this...cookies which are hard to bite, but once you break one in your mouth, you get the most unimaginable semi-sweet but spicy flavor in your mouth.  Just a single cookie would last damn near a mile on horseback in the day.

That's what I'm talkin' about!

Anyone can chunk up some chocolate chip cookie dough from the cooler section in the store and have cookies, but these cookies are on a whole other level!!  In fact, they're so good...they'll even make you remember your great-great grandmother whom you might have never even known!!

Good idea! Your posts about food always make mr=e hungry, so some recipies would be great!
