A federal appeals court has twice rescinded the permits that the GOVERNMENT agencies approved twice


As i read it, after they were approved and rescinded the first time, they added a Carbon Capture System. This adition was the reason the court rescinded the permits the 2nd time.

Seriously, they add more and still get rejected?

I think it is a deliberate stalling tactic.

Appears to be Lawfare against the oil industry and pipelines specifically.

Might be a paid effort by Middle East Countries that export NatGas. 

Lot's of ME influence around The U.S. and The Courts.
