If you run out of things to complain about then you can move on to suggestions about things. The more unreasonable, the better.

I know he sometimes seems like he deserves some leniency. Don't forget though, he's been banned everywhere else. If we can't turn him around there's nowhere left except Internet jail. This will be his third strike, so it's an automatic life sentence. He'll basically only see the outside world for the rest of his life.

I'd like to think we can save him from that fate. We just need to make sure he's too busy to be getting up to his other shenanigans.

I'm happy to do my part! Life wouldn't be the same around the 'net wothout Myke and his shenanigans!

Okay; very important Myke: WHY are you limiting my freedoms? Who are you to tell me I can only 'like' a small number of posts each day?
That's an obvious overeach of you powers as Administrator and I demand the right to like as many well-written posts as I see fit without limitation!  Angry

Freakin whiners ..  Wink

Kk, members of :STAR: can now do whatever they like with 'reputation' and 'ratings'.

You can still only 'Like' the OP (first post).

I think I'm going to link the Questions & Suggestions directly to Ksihkehe's Inbox, that'll settle the smartass down ..

Muhahaha

I don't care who has to listen to my whining as long as SOMEBODY does! It's my pressure relief valve, and has saved many dogs from being kicked in my lifetime.

What's a person got to do to get some service around here? Who's running this joint anyway?

Ahem....I've noticed none of the threads are dated at to when they were created which happens to be a huge problem for your rsident geratric fossil here. I can't remember what I was doing five minutes ago let alone whether or not I read a thread earlier today.

Can I have a special 'mark as read' button just for me? It'll save you guys a lot of bother, as I can be quite annoying without even trying and when I am trying to be annoying....well, I'm sure you get the picture.

(Smiley-face emoji, since they're not available in quick reply. )

I'm not kidding when I say that I can't do anything. It's all Myke doing the admin stuff, but I will obviously help with whatever I can too. I'm not sure what you mean or if there may already be a way to see what you want to see.

In the individual forums it looks like the threat date displays.

In the "today's" thread tab it's not showing creation date because they're all today?

The recents looks to have the date created too.

I wonder if it would be helpful for what you're looking for if threads were a different color if they have new messages, or were bold font? I feel like that might be something I've seen, but I don't know if it's a quick implementation on this forum.

Where are you looking?

Biggrin hehe

The only place the creation date isn't shown is in 'Todays topics' because that's showing the topics that were posted in 'today'.

You can mark a forum as read at the top right when viewing the forum. Currently there's no way to mark individual threads, I'll look into it though.

Quick edit does allow emoji, just hover over the emoji you want, to reveal it's name, and put a colon at the beginning and end. Like this, but without spaces, : Cool : would produce this  Cool You'll have to remember the names of the emojis though, probably better to use 'full edit' if that's a concern.

Hope this helps Nugs!

I don't know.  Undecided I see dumMUD gave me an answer:mark thread as read. Duh.

I'm a slow learner. Translation: you will all suffer at the expense of my ignorance.

If my perpetual demands get too annoying just say something; it won't change my behavior in any way but it might make you feel better. Biggrin

Thanks for the help! I'm off to look for more grievances.  Heart
