BTW, why did they can the thread about this site on ATS? There was a forum for it. They don’t like the mud pit. Seems like a good fit for those that do like it, to take it here. ATS has been hacked and whoever it is, is still in the back end changing user profiles.

Calling it now your Intel agencies are done with ATS. Too much free speech which incidentally quite a few members and mods didn't care for either while some hate speech were actively being thrown around in a circle. 

Now that most voices opposing mainstream lunacy have been silenced and ATS basically an echo chamber of unified agreements there seems to be no more need for the place. 

Globally we are also entering a space where dissenting voices will be identified and silenced, the repercussions of which we are already fully aware because it's not even an open secret by now. 

It's not Russians.

Still, posting or not posting probably doesn't matter much.

I would hope nobody is sharing anything much more personal than an email address in DMs. Other than that it's just IPs and emails anyway, as far as I know. That's if it's not a very limited exploit just within the user fields

IPs are of limited use. They're not even very useful for weeding out socks on the backend.

For that reason MPP will now be requiring a copy of your license, SSN#, a valid credit card, bank account numbers, your shoe size, 23&me genetic testing (or equivalent), a current vaccine passport, the names of all your close associates, a letter of recommendation from your local Masonic Lodge, and at least two pronouns.

We're not taking any chances with you little shit birds.

I think the hacker on ATS has access to any account but is manually making the changes to profiles.
My details were changed as soon as I posted, but being in the UK missed the whole initial issue as it happened overnight here - my account was untouched.
Then I posted in the morning and literally a few seconds later, my profile was changed.
So, the hacker is monitoring the boards and changing accounts as he/she goes.

I think you're dead-on about the hack, as well.

Probably capturing packets on the fly as a user posts and injecting the data into user control panel fields.

The biggest concern over there is that there is another hacker (_GHOST_) who has full control of the database and site. He's been there for ages, the site is snookered.
