Doesn't Matter 'who' they are, or 'what' they represent...just WIN!

Citizens are born with rights endowed by their creator, but corporations use those rights to exist as fictitious legal entities.

Can a corporate entity vote in an election? Can a corporation be considered to have a mind, a consciousness, and a will? CEOs run them while lawyers speak and can put a face on them when they represent these legal fictions that have a quasi-existence, but they have no lives to forfeit, feel no pain, or have regrets. They have no life or spark of the divine, they are soulless.

Indeed! Corporations aren't people. If they spend money to advertise a message that shouldn't be protected under the first amendment.

What do you mean? Which law? Or are you talking about SCOTUS' interpretation of the first amendment?
