STAR is only visible when logged is, so I didn't see it until after reading that you posted it here. I missed another one in there too, which you may have missed too since you haven't replied and it mentions you in the title. I'm pretty sure I was logged in when that one was created, but maybe STAR doesn't show up on the "Todays topics" heading, not sure about that..

The Mod system does send out a PM, but of course those are also not visible when logged out.

I'll be applying a 100% tariff if there are continued Russian spam incursions.
