Here's the 'communist' model the left so dearly wants to emulate for America...
Russian man is found after 61 days adrift in the Sea of Okhotsk after the vessel he and his two deceased relatives were on became disabled. The 'vessel' appears to have been an inflatable raft. Sounds like a success story, maybe even worthy of a book or movie, right? Well, maybe not so fast.
The man, Mikhail Pichugin, 46, set off back in August to go whale watching with his brother, 49 and his nephew, 15. After their engine failed they were set adrift. The brother and the nephew died sometime afterwards, likely from exposure and lack of food and water. Pichugin was spotted by a fishing vessel yesterday. The bodies of the brother and his son were tied to the raft. Pichugin miraculously survived. Still sounds kinda' like a success story, right?
Well, turns out Mr. Pichugin is now being investigated by Russian prosecutors and likely faces charges for "safety violations". So, he survived, but will likely spend his remaining days in the gulag.
Doesn't sound so book-worthy now.
But this is life in Kamala and Walz's utopia.
