But it was nice having the users online/activity at the bottom. Nice to see who's hanging around.

It is those we can’t see hanging around that I worry about.

Like me? It gave me the option to be incognito when I signed up. Don’t know how to flip it to show all you insecure folks…   lol

I've restored that functionality. It was disabled due to other technical reasons.

Nice to see this software is pretty flexible, the other sites seem to have such a hard time doing some simple changes.

Those who are explicitly set to appear invisible can still do that, but only if they're a member already.
